It did not have any power in any of the power outlets in the room, and because of this I was not able to charge my cell phones, GPS, the fridge and microwave did not work and When reported to the night clerk, they could not move us to another room. My wife had to go to the motel lobby and wait for the night clerk to open the office so that she could warm some milk for our baby that was traveling with us. The next morning I reported the issue again to the manager, she stated that the clerk should have called her and she would have informed the clerk how to restore power to the room. Good location. Relatively clean, but older. Given a smoking room and not allowed to change - so everything we had reeked by morning.

The hotel was worth the low price we paid. The room was clean, though there were people outside on the stairs drinking and smoking. The breakfast was insignificant, not many choices and the utensils were missing. The evening staff was very helpful, though the overnight/morning staff acted as if they wished they were elsewhere. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I think it should at least be clean. The door would not shut in the bathroom, the carpet was damp and had several spots, the room had a smell and it was no-smoking, the bedspread had a hole in it, and the floor had crumbs on it. It was just not clean at all and was very uncomfortable. I also called to request a wake up call which I never received the next morning. We were all displeased. ...read more
